Positive: It's a good place. Compare to so many critic, it's clean, the pool is clean (I have seen the staff swimming and cleaning it everyday), there's a kids park. It is 5 block from a nice beach (5 minutes) The room with the kitchen are very nice. They other are ok too.

Negative: Wifi internet does not get in the rooms in the back, so I use a lot of data, before they nicely moved me. If you want to be in the area of the beach with restaurant, you are at the wrong end, but here you are close to a good grocery store, and a fantastic empty beach (bring an umbrella). Some restaurants are 10-15 minutes away. Yes the water in the pool is cool, but it is the same in many high class hotel. Yes the road are dirt road, but it's every road in small Punta Perula (exept one).

Summary: Not bad.
