Positive: This was my birthday gift from my husband. We are regular visitors to El Cuyo but never had the opportunity to stay at Casa Mate and we absolutely loved the place! The view from our room was amazing. The food is delicious and the staff is excepcional. Ettore, Martha and the maid that clean our room (sorry I forget her name) just go out of their way to make sure your stay is unforgettable. This was one of the best birthday presents ever! We will definitely stay here again!

Negative: Other guests making noise after a night out, not hotels fault, but kind of ruin the atmosphere and night sleep. Other than that it is our favorite place to go!
