Summary: I usually don’t do reviews, however I feel this will be beneficial to future customers who visit this hotel. Despite all the issues, they accommodated every step of the way with anything with had issues with. The first room was missing the latch at the top, the room started off really cold and warmed up within 30 minutes, a the charger under the lamp was missing. For that reason, we were moved into another room which had no issues at all and was very comfortable. Hard to find parking, but the area is cool. We stayed on the 2nd floor, (it’s 8 floors) and it was noise in the hallway here and there but nothing too disruptive. Nice Roku tv, very comfortable bed with soft sheets, and the bathroom was very spacious, clean, and cute. Would stay again!
