In the early 1990's my parents began taking the family to Ensenada, Mexico and Baja Beach. Shortly after they decided they wanted to build a vacation home on the beach with one thing in mind, a gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean. With simple goal in mind, this house was built.
This pristine, (approx) 2000 square foot house is located on the beach just south of the cruise seaport of Ensenada, Mexico.
The home has three bedrooms and two baths, which sleeps 8 comfortably and sits upon one of the most beautiful, undisturbed, sandy beaches in all the world. The home has all linens, a full kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster oven. Need to wash the dirty beach towels after a full day on the beach, head to the basement where you will find a new full size washer and dryer. The family room has a 60' LCD TV with Netflix and a DVD player and a stereo. The master bedroom has a 47" LCD TV with Netflix and XBOX 360 which plays DVDs too.
The house is located minutes away from the famed 'La Bufadora' famous for snorkeling, diving, shopping, and one of the largest 'Blow Holes' in North America.' This is four-season paradise for outdoor lovers, winter snowbirds and warm weather vacationers alike.
Down-town Ensenada is just a 45-minute drive from the house where you will find five-star restaurants, duty-free shopping, night clubs, surfing, and sports fishing and people watching. It's a world of Mariachis, and salsa, exotic foods, culture, and it's practically in San Diego's backyard. So near, so easy, and yet so foreign. Ensenada is frequently visited by cruise ships.
The home has some of the most majestic, panoramic views the Pacific Ocean; that includes some of the most breath-taking sunsets, anywhere in the world from almost anywhere in the house. Whether it's taking a long walk on the beach, playing in the surf, sunbathing or simply taking in one of the beautiful sunsets; you are guaranteed to find this house relaxing. The Smith Family.
