This spectacular condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sonoran Sea with breathtaking views of colorful sunsets on the Sea of Cortez. Wake up listening to the waves on the beach and enjoy your coffee or meals on the 300 square foot patio/terrace. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo can sleep 6 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. You can enjoy the 32 inch TV and smart DVD player. The second bedroom offers a new mattress as of 02/2023 for the king size bed! It also has a 32 inch TV and smart DVD player for those who want to relax away from the beach and the water. There is a queen size fold-out couch/bed in the living room. Here you can also enjoy the new 55 inch screen smart TV that includes Netflix, along with various DVDs. The condo has secured, high speed, dedicated, WiFi internet access including free Netflix in each bedroom.
The kitchen is up to date with all of the necessary appliances and kitchen wares needed to enjoy your home cooked meals. The 6 person dining room table extends to allow for extra seats. This allows you to continue to enjoy time with your family and friends while sharing meals together.
The condo is managed by the property management company on site. If there is ever a question, concern, or issue, you can go to the front desk and they will help you with whatever is needed.
