Positive: It's a great apartment and comfortable for a long stay - there are two metro stations within walking distance - the owner was extremely nice and helpful - a very good experience

Negative: This apartment is located in an area of government office buildings just south of the Centro Histórico, so there is not much open at night - it was however reasonably easy to get an Uber ride to and from the property
