This rental is perfect for multi-family and/or group vacations. There are a total of 13 separate beds and enough space to spread out. And three full baths, a 1/2 bath, plus an outdoor shower. Can fit three families of four comfortably. And the location will leave your car parked in the driveway for a true beach vacation.

First Floor:
Bedroom #1 - Queen bed, twin bunk beds (Total 3 beds); AC unit
Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, 1 twin bed (Total 2 beds); AC unit, TV
Both bedrooms share a full bath on the first floor; there is also a half bath on the first floor off the living room.

Second Floor:
Bedroom #3 - Master with queen bed and private full bath (1 bed); AC, TV
Bedroom #4 - Twin over Full bunk bed; two twin over twin bunk beds and a queen bed (Total 7 beds)

Seasonal: We rent weekly in the summer - Friday to Friday. $3,700 per week. There is an additional charge of $175 for laundry service.
Off-season (April, May, June, Sept, Oct): We rent 2 night minimum.

Half a mile walk to Island Ferries & Hyannis Harbor and restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. About a mile from Main St. shopping area.

Summary: Our stay was on a very hot, humid week in August. Air conditioners in all the bedrooms really helps you relax and sleep well on those hot, humid nights. What I call the bonus room has so many beds, the teenagers could all spread out. (We brought our own sheets to simply the washing and checkout process.) The kitchen is well provided - the ice making in the freezer is a nice touch & the Keurig coffee maker was large and very convenient. We ate most of our meals out on the back deck and loved every minute of our stay here. Walking across the street to Veteran's Beach was the easiest; walking down to Kalmus Beach was our favorite - if we come back there'll be no other beach for us but that one. Hyannis proved to be an idea location; Main St shops an easy 1 mile walk away from the house or simply catch the trolley and the major stores an easy drive. When I go back to the Cape with the extended family again I cannot imagine staying anywhere but here. Oh, and the Friday to Friday stay helped to avoid so much traffic that Dad's stress level was greatly reduced and our drive was much shorter than expected.
