Crossing the spillway will offer beUtahful scenic views of the canyon and the entrance to historically named "Ogden's Hole," now Ogden Valley or the Valley to locals or long time repeat visitors.
The condo entrance is on the main level, there are a few stairs from the parking lot. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and dining essentials. The bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. Rare 1 BR with washer and dryer and fun bike theme.

Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailedor e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received thirty (30) days or more prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 15 to 29 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the amount paid to date. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
